Working on my Harriet Tubman Award
Today we did my Harriet Tubman service project. We traced patterns for shoe uppers on old jeans and cut them out. They will be sent to Uganda to be made into shoes for children so they won’t suffer from jiggers anymore. I was so happy that so many of my American Heritage Girls came to help.
